1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
We accept returns for courses under the following conditions:
- Within 5 Days: You may initiate a return within 5 days of the course purchase date. Available only for courses lasting 2 months or more. No return is acceptable for courses lasting less than 2 months and the money shall not be refunded.
1.2 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your name, e-mail, phone number, date of purchase and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with return authorization if your request meets the eligibility criteria.

- Once we receive the e-mail, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
